My neighbor to my right comes out onto his back deck 100% of the times I go walk my dog out in my backyard. I had to go have a talk with him about it and he acted like he didn't notice the connection. Me and the wife "test" him by going out and having the other one watch him come out 10 seconds later, then he goes back in when we go in.

A lot of good suggestions here, but I’d also check to make sure the brake shims/clips are seated PROPERLY. I know it’s simple, but I had to learn the hard way that they could be another point of friction if not set correctly. Give it a shot and let us know. Goodluck!

Check your wheel bearing and your brake caliper. Jack up your vehicle, grab your tire at the 12 and 6 o'clock (top and bottom of tire) push the top and pull the bottom....then push the bottom of the tire in towards the car, while pulling the top of the tire. If you feel the wheel give any, it's your wheel bearing. Take your brake pads off the caliper, and have someone slowly press down on the brake pedal inside the vehicle. Watch the piston extend on the caliper. Take off the master cylinder cap where you fill your brake fluid reservoir. Place a lot of paper towels or rags under your brake reservoir because, brake fluid will eat your paint if it comes into contact with it. Get a 6 inch C clamp, put your brake pad on backwards, so that the pad faces the brake caliper piston. Put the 6 inch C clamp on the brake pad and the outside of the caliper. Slowly turn the C clamp to squeeze back in your brake caliper piston. As you turn the C clamp to compress the brake caliper cylinder, make sure the C clamp turns smoothly...not locking up. If while turning the C clamp closed, it stops before the brake caliper piston is pushed back flush with the brake caliper, you have a seized caliper piston. Best of luck to you.

Caliper pins need grease or one stuck

Take out the slide pins and clean and grease them, they could be dragging especially inside. Also check and lube your hardware especially the part the pad rest on. And finally make sure you install washer or the screw that keeps it snugs to spindle.
