Hello. Is ending all actions on the same frame a common practice? I.e. you do not shift the last key for the bones. I take it it's because having inconsistency in timing/speed between body parts relative to previous performance is preferable than having some body part stop and do nothing while the more late ones still move?

Thank you for uploading the whole process! I learned a couple new tricks from watching that I can later use in my work. Because you are a PS user, I thought I might point or a great tool to help with clearing out stray or semi transparent pixels as you were doing in the "Clear unnecessary pixels" portion of the video. The creator PiXimperfect handed out a free set of actions for PS that is totally great and in that pack is a set called "Check Layers". They are simple and easy to use. Select the topmost layer in the layerstack and then run the action. It creates a few new masked layers with global layer effects that you turn on and off to view stray pixels easily. I personally use a combination of the Solorize and Luminosity layers together to do all my cleaing. Because I often get artwork done by others that I then need to cut up and prep for use in Spine, I deal with a lot of stray/semi-transparent pixels so, these saved actions save me a lot of time and sanity. - The PiXimperfect link ruclips.net/video/MbyEBOVu9qw/видео.html
