Thanks for making and uploading this very helpful, instructive video. However, there is a mistake in the video, at between 6:01 and 6:06 . Due to this mistake, the rear body part of the dolphin touches the front body part of the dolphin, so that the rear body part isn't movable. Between 6:01 and 6:06, the white pieces (part 60478: modified plate 1x2 with bar handle) are placed against the blue 1x2 plate; this is incorrect, there should be a bit of distance between the white pieces and the blue 1x2 plate, so that bits of the two green "jumper" plates (underneath the white pieces) are still visible when viewed from above. In the correct build, the bar handles of the two white pieces would then stick out more, which allows the rear body part of the dolphin to rotate up/down.
