I have to admit, I always liked Oasis as a group, loved Noel, but Liam hasn't always been to my taste though, I mean I get it, you're a big rockstar and all. But when Oasis split and Liam formed Beady Eye I was kind of like meh, it's ok, but it's not the same. I prefer what Noel is doing etc.. But maybe it's Liam mellowing out a bit with age or maybe it's me also mellowing out, I dunno. But this album is pretty amazing. I hear a lot of good influences in it, but it also stands on it's own as a quality piece of work. I went to see Liam with a friend in Melbourne a few months ago and really enjoyed it and would say I'm a bit of a Liam fan now :).
They picked the best songs. Wished this slbum was 10 songs would have been a great album but there's fillers at the end. Very positive album too, maybe Liam is in a happier place.
