But this is pretty much what i did: This was actually my 2nd or 3rd tumbler. I use acrylic paints mixed with epoxy for the background. Using the swirl method. Just dropping various shades of blue for the water and tan and yellow for the sand. Once I was happy with the blending of the colors I sprinkled just a tab bit of gold glitter to the sand area and light blue to the top of the water. Both fine glitter but just a tad to make it sparkle. let dry for 1 day. The images are images I got off the internet and printed them on printable vinyl. Be sure to spray any prints with clear coat of spray paint and let dry for 1/2 day. Then apply decals to tumbler where you want and cover with one to two coats of thin epoxy.
