This is a very interesting idea. I want to try this, but using the stock of spicy vinegar I have from marinating my hot peppers. 🌶🤔 Also, there used to be a shop where I could buy unique lemon flavoured almonds. Now I can't find those and I miss their amazing taste. I would be so grateful if you had any suggestion on how to make those. Again, thank you for posting all those great recipes! ❤

Today, I tried this recipe, and without surprise, it is really delicious! 😋 Kimchi is one of the greatest culinary inventions in history. The egg is a must! It truly adds to the rice. And having a few ginger & garlic pork meat balls on the side make it perfect. 😍 Once again, thank you for sharing such amazing recipes! ❤
