I'm not a brown girl. So i can just use any foundation my shade? Any brand or should I get a specific one.
You can use whatever feels comfortable on your skin! I just mentioned certain brands in this video because it’s hard to find darker shades here in Europe. The process of applying makeup is the same no matter what skin color you have. Obviously you’d have to use products that match your complexion and undertone.

No, I prevent heat damage by using heat protection and only styling my hair with the highest heat setting when it’s 100% dry.
