The group policy only works on windows pro versions. If you dont play Fortnite just put you games exe name. If you want to copy and paste the Fortnite exe its FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.

Really bad settings. The bitrate is very bad on both Streaming and Recording. For Streaming you should use Constant Bitrate with 6000 or 8000 Kbps. Keyframe Interval: 2s. Preset on P5-P7. Tuning is fine on High Quality. Multipass Mode do Single Pass. Look-ahead should generally be turned off. Adaptive Quantization kept on. B-Frames: 2. For Recording use CQP. Set CQ between 10-22 depending on how big your video files should be, while a lower number means bigger files with better quality. Keyframe Interval: 2s. Preset on P5-P7. Tuning: High Quality. Multipass Mode: Single Pass. Profile high. You can turn on Lookahead for recording if you want. And Adaptive Quantization stays on. B-Frames: 2
