Hello Sir, One of my friend got married to Canadian citizen 6 years back. They both stayed in india for 3 years during covid time. Then he left to canada saying he will apply for her visa from canada but now they are not willing to apply for her visa. From last 3 years they are saying the visa is in process. Is there anything the girl can do. Like is there any visitor visa or something she can get and go to this there home in canada and see what has changed. I hope you can respond to us.

I am on student visa and I have brought my husband and kid on dependent visa. So My husband is sowp and my kid we applied for vistor visa instead of study permit. As my kid is above 5 years old and he is studying Senior Kinder garden. I want to know since he is in visitor visa should he not stay here for more that 6 months evening have his visa approved till 31st mar 2025 or should I convert it to study visa?

My spousal visa got refused on the ground that” failure to proof that spouse is full time student at DLI QUALIFIED INSTITUTE” However I gave all the documents acceptance letter, fees, gic, study permit, letter of intro As well as letter from university with DLI no that my spouse if full time student. Hi, I'm in Canada on pgwp valid until 2025. My 4-year-old son's online application was refused as I applied 92 days after his previous permit expired. The reason was his new passport didn't come. Then I thought of visiting the border officers and getting it, but they asked me to apply online. I did and it was refused. What can I do?
