Can i configure and test ALM with developer subscription?
Technically yes you can. However, if you already have the CoE installed in an environment, that would be where you want to install it as it’s a prerequisite for ALM Accelerator and both take time to set up. You can always restrict access to ALM Accelerator until you’re ready to share it with other users and groups.

it would be great to show how to mandatory approval only when a citizen dev wants to push his solution to PRod environnement. Example : Bypass approval only for DEV to TEST.
