@@aderogbaadetola453 yes, at this moment in Anime, Oikawa still wins. In fact, I'd say Kageyama is just starting to perfect the basic serve of Oikawa's. Kageyama started to put power in his serve in S3 against Shiratorizawa. In Nekoma vs Karasuno though, he begins to understand how to control his serve, like the spin of the ball, the direction, and how certain spin impact its direction, its accuracy, etc. Akaashi and Bokuto even mentioned that if it isn't Nakoma, he would probably got 5 service aces. Also, in Karasuno vs Kamomedai, he started to get a hang of it. His serve movement is similar to Oikawa's during Aoba Johsai vs Dateko. But, since Karasuno fight against a national team, it is hard for Kageyama to get through the opponent team. Therefore, at the end of the series/manga, canonically said, Kageyama's serve is the most terrifying worldwide. And then Oikawa debuted in Argentina National, after that Bokuto mentioned that both serves are "evil" (means that both Kageyama's and Oikawa's are on par). There's no canon mention who's the best between the two, but if I were to say, Kageyama wins in accuracy (as how Oikawa and Coach Irihata mentioned in S1, it's just a matter of time that Kageyama manage to control it), while Oikawa wins in its strength (as shown in his statistic that Oikawa is stronger than Kageyama). So, in the end, they have their own uniqueness. But, both are also similar with each other. Well, each are each other's no. 1 inspirations. Each also lives rent free in each other's head -Iwaizumi implied. Then again, the animations also has a hand of this. We are all agree that S4 animation isn't on par with S1-3. But, yeah I won't argue if someone mention at this Inarizaki vs Karasuno match, Oikawa's serve is still better than Kageyama's one.

He made way more many aces than Kageyama did. Both touch and no touch aces.

Because oikawa is very clearly a perfectionist and an over achiever filled with self doubts and low self esteem, he lacks the ego and confidence that atsumu and kageyama have, and honestly, good for atsumu love him and proud of him too but you can't just look over oikawa's low self esteem and say he has a huge ego😭😭 He pretends he does but he doesn't really Oikawa's a great character, so is atsumu who arguably overworks himself as is just like oikawa but atleast he thinks high of himself which oikawa never did until much later

It's also depends on the animations. S1-2 is different than S4. I honestly prefer S1-2. If S4 is done with the same animations as S1-2, we might see similar outcome (minus power since it's officially stated that during that time Oikawa has more power while Kageyama has more accuracy)
