OMG!!! I think you just saved my life! I bought my 2nd Intex Greywood deluxe July 1. Got it July3. Setup July 4 amd used it at night. Next day e90!!!! I tried everything!!! I called the seller they were supposed to send a “part”. 2 weeks and nothing came. Saw your amazing video. Took the filter apart and surprise the shaft was in pieces!!! Ordered a few from amazon and a new propeller just to have and voila!!!! It’s working!!!! Thank you thank you!!! From this very happy and appreciative single momma!!!

Thanks very much. Sorted. Bought some metal rods on Amazon and fitted in minutes.

Mine had E90 and 8888 replaced shaft with a solid brass. Now air bubbles cycling on and off with radom numbers on the dispaly and constantly beeping. No buttons responded just turns on blower automatically filter doesn't come on only blower.

What?! I've used this thing less than 10 times!!!! What a piece of junk. Has new filters. Old ones were not super dirty. Ridiculous. Waste of my precious life's time.

Did everything still e90 can it be a lack of power issue

Thanks for this video! I've had my Intex Spa for just over 2 years and have gotten the dreaded E90 error a few times. Previously, this issue was resolved simply by cleaning out or replacing the filters. This time I tried everything - cleaning filters, powering on/off, ensuring proper water level and sanitation - nothing fixed the error. Thanks to your in depth video I took apart the pump and everything looked just fine so I reassembled it and voila - It worked suddenly!

My hot tub work fine (bubbles/heating etc) but I’m still getting the e-90 error. Anything you can recommend? Thanks so much!

No code will shut off when running the heat any suggestions? Runs fine with bubbles

Pump works fine, however when I turn on the heat it works for few minutes then shuts off with no error code. I can run the bumbles and everything, just won’t heat up without shutting off. Any suggestions?

Great advice, thank you. For me the problem wasn't the pump, it was a wire to one of the sensors that had been chewed through by a mouse! Checking everything else led me to the problem though. So 👍

Can you just clean out the impeller of debris and if works your good?

Mane you had the fix o' the week. Thx to your video ive fixed my pump! After following your instructions ive opened up the pump and inside was all kinds of crap. Cleaned it up and reasemmbled it now it works fine even sounds quieter 😆 E90 error has been fixed 💪💪

We're just refilling the tub with fingers crossed. Our old impeller shaft was knackered and my husband just fitted the new one. Thank you so much for this very clear instructional video.

Bonjour, suite à un défaut e90, suite à votre vidéo et en remplaçant la tige par une tige filet de de 3mns. Remise en service, et super ça fonction. Cela ne m a coûté que 4, 50€ et mon temps, demontage/remontage à peu prêt 1h. Merci à vous.

Thank you so much a 6 month old spa and the shaft to the pump broke. Fyi a hanger ( wire ) with silicon tape ends is the best fix. Its the same size and will keep your spa running strong.

Those sensors are actually temp sensors. The flow sensors are the plastic gates with the wire coming out to the right of the heater tube. And that heater tube can get nasty and the paint inside can flake off causing a flow restriction

Bought one of your shafts and I still can't get the pump to bring in water! Ugh

Hey I’ve had mine for 1 year and now it just shuts off. I’ve cleaned everything checked everything … after it runs for a bit it will completely shut off no error codes… what could be causing this?

My husband and I just tore ours apart, following all the directions. Easy & instructions from you were on point! Unfortunately it didn’t fix it 😭 Still getting no noise whatsoever and the E90 error. My jets work still 🤷🏼‍♀️ Any suggestions on what to do next?

You don’t need to do all that, turn on hot tub make sure the heat button on find the motor tap on it with a handle of a hammer. The propeller is suck I’m not moving ez fix

My impeller looks mint no junk my shaft appears to be ceramic I still get e90 and no noise or attempt to turn on pump at all with it apart on the bench, almost sounds like water is in the pump housing impeller won't spin just gets stuck motor vibrates basically

I have replaced the impeller with the 403M model but still no luck. No water flow or sound. The bubbles work so that’s good back to the bucket heater. I did however enjoy your video.
