Page Tree and Children Display macro in confluence helps to create index of pages present in a space and we can control on depth and descendants that we want to display in the index page .

Table of Content Macro : This is to create a Index based on headings present in a page and these heading can be in table, paragraph etc. It just picks based on specified Minimum and Max heading details. Hello, I am using a lot of templates, where I keep checklists with responsible people assigned, but people change depending on projects - that's why I need to duplicate templates for different projects. Is there a way to have one template and names will be assigned from other template/ table/ excel?

After expanding title should be changed to Collapse? how we can do that?
Would be nice if we could collapse tables in Confluence, so that way we can better organize tasks for different team members, but it looks like Confluence doesn't have this feature?

Hi, am not able to find the filter table option, basically I have no. of rows where I want to view only the "open" status in a particular column. How can I achieve this, if not the Filter Table macro is not available. Pl. suggest

Hi! how can i filter from a table when i'm editing and then saved it? I have a large table and i want to share it with my community and i want that when they see it they can only see the information that i filterd for them in the editor. Great videos!!
While in edit mode of confluence page, if you click on edit macro for table filter, it ll allow u to add filter based on criteria .. and once saved, u can share the confluence link with team to view filtered data .. I hope this helps..

ok I figured it out, I edit the macro and typed in pdf.xlsx.docx under the File pattern because they are the only file types I want displayed in the macro attachment, and the images disappeared as I wanted, But now I have added a PDF File and it wont display?
How would you only display in the attachments macro pdf Files, xlsx Files and docx files. I have a heap of image files that are appearing as I had used images to create the page but I do not want them displayed in the attachment macro.

Thanks Sathish.. Add Excerpt macro to summary of different projects present at different pages of confluence and later u can use excerpt include to bring them at one place.. I hope this helps!
Thanks. Can I do a ToC only from a point of the document, without the company's header?
The only solution I can think of is to use a different heading style than company’s header and based on that you can just create ToC for that specific header.. I hope this helps !
