I hate it when im ironing my projects and few of them get perfectly ironed while others are still open on the center and others melted completely the center :/

What kind of paper do you use for ironing? I’ve been using white parchment paper, and when I try to get a flat melt with all the holes closed, the plastic melts together and blend the colors making a mess.I do everything like you do in your videos but the only things different is the paper so I figured that must be the problem.

These are great until you want to connect them together, every time I try the beads just don't want to stay in my canvases, they always want to pop out, am I doing something wrong or something because the instructions seem unclear. If what I'm trying to do is the wrong way they the product is just faulty and they can't be mounted together the way the instructions say.

Hi, I love the clean look of the Perler Caps but I hesitate to buy them because of the limited colors. I'd love it if you'd release all the colors available for the beads for Perler Caps!

I’m still newish to Perler beads and i just can’t seem to come up with ideas and make it work. I always have to use it template. Hopefully I’ll get to a place where I can figure out how to make things without it lol kudos to those of you who can!

Perler needs to spend some time inventing equipment that does a better job fusing than just an iron. My daughter and I bought a TON of beads and boards, and I was really looking forward to being able to do these projects with her, but we eventually gave up because we were tired of spending so much time (and money) on projects that would just get ruined in the fusing stage. And yes, I researched all the hints, tips and tricks I could find.

Perler snappix does not come with the square shaped beads😥. That was the reason why I brought the kit.

Do you mind explaining why my last order of beads for my studio was missing 10 bags and no one let me know they were going to be missing? Nor did I receive a refund? Maybe focus on doing your own job right before launching a bunch more products no one asked for. Your lack of customer service has been detrimental to your brand. I've been using perler beads for over 10 years and this last year has been an absolute mess; beads cut too short, off shades in bags, bags completely missing from orders. It's happened the last 3 times we've tried to place an order. I know your brand sold again a couple years ago and with the pandemic there are probably supply chain issues too, but like I said, I wasn't notified. You're scamming long time customers and we don't appreciate it. You'll be hearing from my bank and the FTC. Thanks. Idiots. I suppose I'll order from Artkal instead.

I love them but would love to use these square beads on a regular pegboard. Would definitely make it more pixelated. The squares would of been great as the Perler Caps
