Find one online who offers free consultation, so you can get a few questions in to protect your rights. And I learned that you can write a motion for just about anything.

Unfortunately, "reasonable suspicion" is in the eye of the beholder. They often use language like, "you fit the description" or some other such terminology to justify their detainment or search.

Sounds circular, ANY suspicion (no matter how baseless) constitutes resonable suspicion. IE: license to harrass.

No, it has to be reasonable - which will be a question of fact for the court. If the circumstances were unreasonable, the court may declare the search illegal. Even good cops make mistakes.

I'm simply citing blacks as a source to learn legal terminology. I think you may have misunderstood the context of the video friend.
