Tractor 3 Point Receiver Hitch
Просмотров 129Месяц назад
Well here is a quick video. I wasn't sure how it was going to fit the quick hitch. I couldn't find much on this receiver hitch so I thought id do a quick little video. Its nice and light and I can load it up on the truck when ever I need to use that little spreader. Then im also going to use it on fencing jobs. I already have a single barb wire unrolled. Im going to make one that does 3 strands...

Seeding Brome Grass
Просмотров 2052 месяца назад
Well here is the Frontier GS1172 / Woods PSS72. It seems to do a really good job at planting brome grass. Which is kind of a hard task. That might be why you are watching this video. Well in the next video ill drive by the seed job and see if there is any growth at all. The bad thing is we have had some severe storms that have dropped extreme amounts of rain. Hopefully we still have seed left i...

well if you have a Hammer post driver or your thinking about getting one. Here is how you can load it up yourself if you would want to. I think its definitely worth it. It hits pretty hard loaded. I really do like how simple of a system they are. THANKS FOR WATCHING.
SVL 75-2 Running the Tree Reaper
Просмотров 6423 месяца назад
Well here is another mowing video using the newer Iron Craft Tree Reaper. I like this mower for some small quick clearing jobs. It worked great for what I was doing today. This is the regular gear motor with no mulching teeth. And the Kubota is running in standard flow. Thanks for watching.

Redi Rock Retaining Wall Day 2
Просмотров 3613 месяца назад
Well here is the second day of wall building. The walls turned out pretty good. We may end up staining them or Corey may end up doing them. We already have gotten a call from the neighbor that had someone do the bid blocks. He said he may have made a mistake hiring someone else. Ha Ha you think. So we may be taking all that out and actually building a wall back there.

My New to Me Starlite Gooseneck Trailer
Thanks for the video I’ll prob face the same
Just bought a svl 65 630hours 2021 seen ur video checked and sure enough right front idler is shoot too
seems like that grapple bucket scooped just fine, just get a 4 in 1 bucket and you got the other swiss army knife
Great video. You have to buy the whole idler or can you just replace the bearings?
So I have a 2021 SVL 65 With a HST pump that went bad. It took my dealer 3 weeks to diagnose the problem. My machine only has 480 hours and they are wanting to charge me $8K because it’s out of warranty. I’m fixing to call Kobota direct . I think it’s bullcrap, my machine hasn’t even hit its 500 hour maintenance package. I took it to the dealer at 250 hrs. I hope Kabota stands by their product.
Any word on a new SVL65 coming out in the near future?
nothing that I've heard. I think it will be a while. It already has the hybrid hydraulic system. I think they will collect money for a while. They don't really innovate quickly at all.
Excellent video! Getting ready to install mine here in a couple minutes. I’ve been watching this video all week haha hope that I have this memorized pray I don’t screw it up! 🙏🏽😁
Its not bad. just pull some videos up while your doing if needed.
Any idea when the 65-2 will get updated?
I don't think for a while. I have a source that usually I get all Kubota info from and he hasn't said anything.
Love dirt work, skid steer work, grading, etc.. Liked, Viewed, Shared Subscribed!
Thanks
Always enjoy watching you run the skid loader. Seem to learn something new every each time we watch. Also, truly appreciate you explaining site management and planning on this project. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks
Looks great!
Also does the weight of the machine or the tracks have any impact/disruption to the holes and fractures the tines create?
No especially as hard as the ground was. but it didn't close up any of the holes when the ground had moisture either.
Did you ever get the seedbox?
No I did not. I cast seed and fertilizer out before hand to work it into the ground. It work pretty well. And that's how the manufacturer suggested to do it without the seed box.
Still running the AERA-vator on your mini skid? I'm thinking about picking up one for my machine.
I don't have it anymore. I sold it when I got rid of my last mini skid. Business changed and we don't hardly need a mini skid anymore. But it would be nice to have one for the back of my tractor. I just haven't needed it specifically yet. And they are pretty pricey.
@@skidco Thanks for your response and feedback on the AERA-vator. I think I'm pretty set on getting one now even though they are $$$$ 🙂
That rag near the open flame...great idea..... Ha ha...Kidding. It looks like it is soaked in water so you're okay.
Yes is soaking wet, I had a few of them sitting there.
Those mud tracks were made by someone trying to steal gravel
man, you get some cherry jobs :)
Love your videos. Is there a way to bypass the safety cutoff? Whenever I go over a bump the red flag pops up on the machine. I’d like to be able to raise up the machine a bit and lay it down on piles of brush. Thanks!
Yes. There is a little red tie bar under the front cover you have to pull off. It will disconnect the shut off valve.
@@skidco Thanks dude!
Kinda depends on your area I guess, we grub/ pull a lot of mesquite and cedar and the I dig Texas “barracuda” does the job better than the intimidator in my opinion. The grub they incorporated into the design really helps with mesquite. Also 100% American made!
I haven't seen theirs. Danuser is American Made also. Ive been to the manufacturing facility and watched them get made.
Hello, or are you interested in our full windshield? We would like to invite you to test the Full Windshield for your 2021 CanAm Commander XT 1000R
I don't have the side by side anymore
@@skidco OK, thanks for letting me know
Where did you find the black powder? Is there a company online I can buy like 3lbs of what you're using?
you just have to google it. It is around. Its hard to get anyone to ship it. Look for black powder manufacturers.
Look to pay double the price for delivery, damn hazmat crap ... Or make your own ! 65% potassium nitrate (stump rot) 15% charcoal 10% sulfur
Would be cool to have a 500 pound block of steel to pick up and drop on the concrete to help break it up. Maybe a 5 foot section of railroad rail ?
Is there a risk to anything if I unplug the motor without replacing it? I don’t have the time yet to get underneath and replace it, but I want to shut off the noise. I can go without AC for a few days.
not sure. id assume it would be fine.
I’m having a very hard time picking between the 317G and the 65. I think you had both? Any input? The Deere is more expensive and I like the extras you get vs how basic a 65 is. But the super simplicity of the 65 has an appeal all to itself. I need to fit under 7’ doors so Taks are out sadly because I liked the TL8 R2 a lot. Anyway any advice or input is appreciated. The price difference is around 13k more for the Deere.
Thats a hard decision. Yes I've had both. I do like the door. But the Deere has more power for pushing if that's important. The Deere may also pick up a little more.
@@skidco thanks for the reply. I’m waiting until October to make my final decision. Since I don’t need the machine right now I’m hoping the 65 gets similar updates seen in the 75-3. September or October is when my dealer would know if such an update is happening. Yeah I need the smallest machine dimensionally that can lift the most and push the hardest. As my work is moving pallet material on my personal property. A skid of advantec is 3800lbs plus the forks. The 65 can move that…carefully same for the 317 but the extra 6-700lbs(with counter weights) and deeres over kill loader hydraulics make it more of a sure bet. But it cost what a 75-3 costs…why can’t someone make the perfect machine?!? Haha. Thanks again for the reply at least I have some time to think it over
Oh the majority of its work will be ground dirt work. Grading and driveway construction on my personal property and odd side projects for contractors I’m friends with.
Hold my beer and watch this. Gee, what could possibly go wrong.
Mine quit working, is there a fuse for the seat compressor?
Im sure the tractor is pre wired for a fuse in the Fues box.
Mine has a mouse house in it.
2 in 😅😅😅 3in
If you put the deck down like you did just roll forward all the way till the deck will go vertical and be pretty secure it…
Didn't know this was a thing lol but pretty cool
I use spacers in all of my racks because i want the extra space when there is a blow-out instead of tube on tube. Good design only thing i will say though is you should have the inch and a half space on the first tube as well. If that one happens to CATO it will knock out the frame. I did the same thing with the first set of racks i built too. Awesome video bro
Stop patronizing them they sale fake stuffs and farm machines
Where did you get the factory ones?
I built all of them
This video has hrlped me im mowing the back of pond levee and its steep like this
Waiting on my dealer to get more in stock, Do you think the 84”:would be to big?
no you can control how hard it cuts.
Why not use a leaf blower?
I do sometimes
I'd never buy a tracked machine. 4 wheels are a lot more versatile for a 1 man band and you can change out a wheel in 20 minutes without any sweat . But tracks have their purpose and limited applications while tire tread options are plenty .
It's actually not bad , mine is four years old , zero issues love it , mine has 2300 hours on it , although mine is the Sy26u
2022 f250 Godzilla, bumper pull an 8k pound travel trailer cross country a couple times a year. 7mpg average over tens of thousands of miles. Btw this guy is dead on. Everyone loves tailgating and cutting me off when I’m towing. Also, everyone I know calls me when I’m towing too. Comical
Dam this guy….bro no offense get better angles 😂
Would have liked to see the bottom and how you closed it off
Where did you get your cord igniters and why are they so long? I only see 4ft long on eBay and Amazon.
Try pyro boom for longer igniters
Makes a mess and very slow. Wouldn't be any good maybe on a farm. Residential.
This guy talks to much like I just walked over here and this and that. Man get to it. We wanna know about the install. It’s not a reality show. Annoying
I’m still trying to figure out where to get 7a black powder and google is trash at telling me
I couldn’t find it either. Goggle says Fg is the the course grade for cannons. Maybe this is what he meant?
Find a place that does fireworks displays. Its all over the internet but most places won't ship it. There is a place in Iowa and a big place in Arkansas that allot of people around here drive to get it.
What the name of the place in Iowa to get the gunpowder
@@dustincarroll6392in most states just go to a gun store for muzzleloader supplies. Or make your own ! Many videos on the Tube on how to.
Jeff any "a" type of powder is a high power commercial explosive. It takes an ATF permit to purchase
I will never buy a Deere due to their horrible stance on right to repair. Just bought a MX6000 and the same unit from Deere was over 10k more.
I know in the Drilling industry we use Bentonite pellets they come in a Bucket ..we use them to install deep deep wells ....they are coated with polymers so they wont hydrate and expand untill they hit the bottom of pond or lake ...you would be able evenly distribute them. And then once they settle on the bottom for a few minutes then they expand. No scum layer at all . Just a thought 🤔 or opinion trying to help good luck
ill look into that
I have the exact same mill. It was quite obvious that it does not have a return. You crank it down and crank it back up. Different than some mills, but a hand wheel makes sense here. I would hate just a lever.
I move my goose neck a lot more now with my China hitch. I bought it years ago at rural king I believe. I use it to chain logs up to and skid out also.
As someone who is just getting into their first brand new machine, these video’s are definitely helpful. I’m getting a SV40, not as big as yours but from what I understand it has the same pumps and engine so likely the same fluid amounts of
Yep. they are good machines. And its a popular size.
