DJ Hype - The Chopper.. It's on a release called Sub Plates Volume One on Suburban Base.. It sold fairly well back in the day so you shouldn't have trouble finding a decent copy.. There's a 4 track 12" version, a 2 x 10" promo, and a special silver 12" version! ;)
