I just bought a 1996. Do you know if you have to drop the engine to remove and replace the alternator? Can't figure out how to get to it.
Great question. I haven't had to swap one out just yet but I'm thinking no. Will likely require removal of parts on top and/or bottom of the alternator. Which engine does yours have?
how does it do at highway speeds?
Runs great. The turbo really helps. Keeps up perfectly at highway speeds (70-80mph). I actually did a roadtrip from Atlanta to Savannah in it and was surprised at how well it kept up.
