Mid century centrifugal air unit. What a beautiful piece. I'm glad you saved it. With as many antique buildings being demolished or renovated nowadays, it doesn't surprise me how many of these do just end up in the scrap pile. I seen one twice that size in an old 1890's built school being torn down. I wanted to save it, but had nowhere to put it at the time. Beautiful museum piece.

There is a problem of line answer supervison, because the phone charged before the call was answered. It not supposed to charge as long the one you called did not answer, if no answer and you hangup it suppose to refund.

This elevator was built like a tank running like a Swiss watch installed 111 yrs ago still has the original winding drum machine, floor relays/selector. I used to work near an office building in N. CA which had a bird cage Otis manually operated elevator, winding drum DC rectifier installed around 1908. It was preserved as an historic part of the building. I did get to see an Otis winding drum machine room in an historic mansion in the PNW which is now a museum still in service, COP and call buttons. DC rectifier in the floor relay controller.
