Ichiko Aoba's songs help me when I'm struggling with anxiety at school. I have social anxiety, so all the people around me make me overwhelmed very often, but when I listen to her soothing songs, I feel like everything around me disappears and I'm somewhere safe and happy. It makes me dream of seeing the sea when it's windy and cold outside. I'd like to see that one day.

Weird story time: ....a long time ago, when I was just a small child in school, and I wasn't very confident in myself and worried about being bullied. a girl grabbed my hands and urged me to come along with her. She wanted me to be with her. She wanted to love me, and be my wife. but I was too scared. all I could think about was all the other children jeering at us and staring at me through the window of the entrance room we'd "hidden" in. It looked like a cruel joke to me. But in all my years, I never really forgot about that. I have no idea what her name was. I didn't know what she was doing. but her hands were so gentle when they were holding mine. and I felt like she was being truthful to me. but I was so little. I was so afraid.
