Rangemaster Modded “The Ranger” (noodling)

This is a copy of Rangemaster called “The Ranger” from musikding which I assembled myself and “flavored” it with my own germanium transistor and capacitors.
Switch: up is more low end, middle is the original setting (5nf), down is tremblier!
I’m playing my trusted Stratocaster through UAD Apollo Arrow. The guitar amp sim is the Friedman plexi

After a year of building fuzz faces, modifying & testing I've finally build a Fuzz Face I love! This is a Germanium Fuzz Face with russian transistors. All sounds come from the Fuzz Face and I just roll off the guitar volume or select different pickups. That's a rangemaster i've built all by myself! It sounds and feels great! I've sourced a lot of germanium transistors a year ago and now I'm puting together some rangemasters and fuzz faces. I never had an Ibanez tubescreamer. I've had only variations copies so I had to treat myself and build a TS808 clone with MA150 Original Panasonic Silicon Diodes.
