I did most of these Passes back in summer of 1980 or 81. 1979 International Scout II. I was living at Denver at the time. A long time ago for me.

So cool. I did Engineer Pass on Oct 5th. Drove from lower Alabama and was on the way to Moab. I went from Silverton to Lake City and out. Crazy how much conditions can change fast. I had no wind, but had snow on the trail itself, just no snowbanks like you did. Did you stop and explore the old mining town of Ute Ulay? Poughkeepsie Gulch isn't too hard at all. Very scenic of course, "The Wall" area is a little climb and some rocky sections afterward. I cant wait to get back to Black Bear and Imogene Pass. Great vid, Happy Birthday, and love watching you two enjoy the journey!

Last year we stayed at Dinner station just down from taylor Park and jeeped all over the area, man the pies at tincup were great. I thought my jeep rattled but yours would drive me crazy! Nice video!

What a great first trail for ya.....we did Imogene in August 2022 and it snowed half way up....complete white out everywhere....when we came down, people coming up were like "where did the snow come from?".....they were blown away and couldn't believe we had a mini snow storm

Heading there in 3 weeks with the truck and motorcycle. I’m sure Schofield looks more menacing in person, seeing black bear last year was totally different than seeing it on a screen

If you go to Land Between the Lakes you’ll need a couple gallons of bug spray for the flies and some heavy duty fly swatters. Turkey Bay OHV trails are amazing though, but campsites are very trashed. Love the journey so far!
