I read my 2 gecko averyday

I got four crested geckos from a breeder for Christmas when I was like 8. It turned out to be three females and one male luckily. They all co habited one tank. And I had them for 2-4 years. They did perfectly fine! All of them had their tales! The male fathered 34 eggs! I got rid of the females and kept my male. He’s now 13years old. And he still has his tale I’ll never understand why ppl say it’s abuse or that it shouldn’t happen💀

I totally agree with you on them going for months. My female gecko goes into brumation in November & it's now June, as she's in ovulation stage & still nothing, she likes locusts so I always make sure 3 healthy one's are in her vivarium & tried her with wax worm's & no interest as yet. She's healthy passing motion & chunky & I weighed her last month 84g in weight & will be glad when June ends & she starts as normal on her eating.

I have a house gecko that died just now, and this is the only reason I search video like this up. And he die on some fly stickers and got squashed, I am really sad and cried for 10 straight mins, RIP gecko, and may all who read this pray for him

I’ve got a large Caribbean Red Tailed Boa, and I’ve been trying to find someone to sell him too. This will definitely help me so much!!! I got him at a PetCo before they were banned to buy in my city area. He’s almost 6-7ft long and it is a male. He’s had vet visits and all that. Hopefully he gets sold to someone nice!

All of your females are losing their tails is because of the males aggression, when he wants to mate with them and their not ready.

I aim to give each crestie twenty gal. of space. So I had a pair of feamel cresties in a fifty five gal. fish tank. Mine lived peacefully for a few years and then suddenly got aggressive towards each other. I found one biting the other one so I separated them.

Hello there, I would be one those pet owners that is freaking out about her gecko. Mine has definitely not been eating maybe about 2 months or so if not longer. She does not have a fat tail. Her tail is very skinny. We have moved from San Pedro area in the LA area to Nuevo in Riverside. She was fine until she hasn't been eating. So, I don't know what could be causing her behavior to not want to eat. Anything I give her, she turns her head away. And when I do try to get her crickets, if she doesn't eat it, those crickets never seem to last very long compared to her dubias and worms. Been checking her temps, her cool hide is 76 F, humid hide is 72 F and warm hide has been fluctuating from at 86- 88F and hygro and therm have been at 60 t0 70%. Any help is appreciated.

What about cohabbing two (pretty sure both female prepared to seperate if one is a boy) They are both about the same size about a gram difference in the two and have cams to monitor 24/7

My gecko is a leopard gecko and we live far away from our pet store so I just ran out of crickets and he hasn’t eaten in two days and my dad said it won’t be until the weekend, so is it OK if I feed him regular worms from outside? If not is it OK if she goes without because I won’t be able to get crickets for her until the weekend so possibly a week I am very skeptical. I really don’t want my gecko to die

My leo has gone nearly two months without eating. She still drinks water and I offer her food everyday. Her tails fat and she's still running round and being her normal self but it still worries me how long she's gone without food.

My sons gecko is going on three months with out eating. I don’t think the tail is as full as it should be, but I am so concerned on if I need to be doing some thing to help it.

Why would you breed a gecko from a petstore anyway?… you wouldn’t be able to know their whole morph, hets, etc…

My male leopard gecko, about 1.5 years old now, hasn't eaten since the first of January. He had issues sheding that month and ended up with a little bloody toe, since has healed and he's okay! But he isn't eating and I've made sure everything is as it should be for him, it appears he's eating calcium bc he poops calcium but nothing else. Also, he is just now starting to look a bit skinnier than before. But still looks healthy. I am starting to notice his tail getting a bit smaller than it was though so that's why I'm concerned. Any advice?

This way my farms support each other and I can build an ecosystem that can sustain and over populate itself so I can farm the excess to control the population count

I want 4 different insect farms for feeding so I have a varied diet of protein. Normal mealworms so my own Beatles make more worms, crickets, dubia roaches, and pill bugs so any bark in the cricket farm that gets too wet still has a use

I keep 4 of my females and my male Enzo together and each of them has their own personal areas they all love it ❤️ they literally sleep with each other and it’s the cutest thing

My girlfriend bought one for her daughter and she lost it from leaving the cage open. We figured it got outside but after two months we found it inside a nightstand, he was an adolescent when lost. When we found it he looked bigger than when we lost him!
