I love rings for that reason! So customizable + easy to switch it up to fit your life! Good question- I don’t feel the need to save too much but the inserts I do save go into another planner the same size for referencing. I also have loose binder rings (I have different ones linked in my Amazon storefront) that I have also used to hold together the fits of a planner once it was out of a cover before. I usually use clear plastic or cardstock to make covers to protect it then put the inserts inside. :) also if you want an extra planner to put old inserts in since personal is a popular size, stores like Michael’s, popshelf, hobby lobby, etc have cheap ringbound planners. Could always use one just for reference inserts to store. :) If you go to my Instagram @_planwithbee_ I have a highlights button titled “tips” and somewhere in there is a photo of how I used the loose rings to hold a planner together! :) Hope this helps! 😊

Hi there! The LV PM agenda cover was a gift to me. My mom purchased it pre-loved but I’m not sure what site she found the seller thru. There are a few that I know of that sell pre-loved items and even authenticate many of them. I know you can also find them on poshmark, mercari, etc. :)

Hi! Welcome to the community! 💜 Are you trying to shrink down a full letter sized paper to fit into your personal planner? Or are you trying to print inserts for personal sized? If it is inserts, you’d want to purchase or download freebies that are personal size. They are created to fit in a personal size planner so when you print at actual size it’ll print to fit in personal. If you are trying to scale down a document that is letter size to fit into a personal size planner, you’d scale it to about 44% (if my calculations are correct) but this is going to make everything on the page much smaller and since the proportions of a letter sized page is different than those of a personal size page, you’ll end up with lots of excess margin space bc it’s not actually created as personal size if that makes sense. Hope this helps! :)

Ohh is 105% pocket xl/plus?! I didn’t even realize hahaha. I know people use pocket plus in their pocket planners but for some reason I thought it was a little bigger. Pocket plus is one of the only planner sizes I have never been in 😂 I love using a mix of different paper weights depending what they are for 💜 Love your cardstock idea for reference!

Yessss exactly! I kept my rings on all of mine pm, except my black epi leather one, because someone gave it to me as a freebie when i bought it preloved. Other than that, all of my pm agenda has its original rings.

Yes and honestly, even though they can’t fit a ton, they fit more than I expected! I was pleasantly surprised to be able to fit what I did and to be able to use some 28lb paper for things! :)

Oh no!!! That’s what I feared with using that ink with important information 😂😳 I definitely won’t use it for important info I need around a long time 😂 My planner pages get tossed often and it’s winter here now so I’ll use it up while it’s cold out LOL. Such a shame bc the concept of erasable pens is awesome.

Try putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours. The thermal ink should return color. The company says color returns at 40 degrees F. I hope that works for you.

I actually have the bigger rings in my cart already but before I purchased I wanted to see if I could manage with the original rings bc I love the slimness 😂😂 But I’m definitely keeping them in mind if need be! I personally prefer to manually flip. Many printers seem to not flip pages well on their own so I like to print the one side then physically flip it myself and reload it. Make sure your print setting are the exact same each time so you don’t accidentally scale something differently and make sure it is selected on “actual size”. A big help I’ve found for myself is making sure the printer part where you reload the paper has the guides set tight enough. Not so tight that the papers don’t move but tight enough that they all align. If it’s ever so slightly off and you reload and it’s slightly to a different side, it won’t align perfectly. It takes lots of practice sometimes and just getting to know your printer. A lot of printers grab the paper so fast too that it moves it to the side so again making sure those tray guides are set to keep everything aligned. :) I hope this helps!

That’s why you always want to read the dimensions before purchasing anything. :) I do make all my own inserts! 😂 Yeah this size planner isn’t for everyone haha. My favorite size planner (and the size I’ve been using a couple years now) is A6 😊 A6 is perfect for both on the go and stay at home with larger pages but not overly big.
