I am not Maltese, but I have lived in Malta for many, many years...this song does and always will epitomise my years in Malta...why? I have no idea, but it means a lot to me. RIP, Joe Grech. And thanks for this beautiful song.

This was an awful song! I remember Clodagh singing the six songs of A Song for Europe on Cliff Richard's TV show and my Mum and I voted for Someone To Love Me, which was on the B side of this along with Wind of Change. I think people voted for this because it was bouncy like Puppet on a String! Back then we had to vote using a postcard and sending it through the post, seems unreal now doesn't it!? Clodagh had a brilliant voice, it was just the song that let her down!

ESC 1968 fue en lo personal, la mejor de todas las ediciones hechas hasta la actualidad. Lamentablemente, el Jurado Europeo cometió una injusticia en subvalauar ésta joya Suiza. La canción es exquisita...y la potente voz de Mascolo es muy notable. Una lástima que "Mirando al Sol" haya quedado en los últimos lugares...y una pena que Gianni Mascolo no haya podido tener una carrera exitosa.
