Apex 435b High Pass Switch TURNED OFF For Drums! Will It Sound Better?
I decided to test the high pass switch on the Apex435b while recording tom drums. Apex says to leave it engaged for "most recording situations". Is using it for tom drums one of these situations? As always, like, subscribe, and share this content to help me grow the channel @BeatmindMusic

DIY 12" Sub Mic Test!

Beatmind Music Studios has a new Mic! I used a cheap 90's component stereo speaker and very generic 12' drum! You reverse wire the woofer and it becomes a mic. Not sure why it took me so long to put 2 and 2 together, but glad it happened. It sounds AMAZING! @@MichaelDalzell-m4m I agree! You kinda need decent earbuds/headphones or a system with good low end to hear it. And definitely almost not noticeable on the rack tom even then!
