I know I am a little late to comment, but there was a whole show going on at this time. The people back in Pt Charles were battling the freezing cold. Noah Drake (Rick Springfield) was still chasing Bobbie Spencer, Joe Kelly was trying to nail Heather for murder and Alan was cheating on Monica.

Fingers crossed that they release the full series for digital purchase or at least on demand watching. I've been thrilled to see it trending. I agree that I'd buy it right away, in case it disappears again.

I wish you had done one of these for FALCON CREST. It would be nice if Plex TV would put them all up on the platform and let fans watch them in their own time. Nobody can stay awake for 320 hours straight. I never watched KNOTS in real time on CBS because it was on after my bedtime on school nights. I also didn't have Soapnet, so I could not see it there either. I bought the first two DVD sets, but then Warner Bros. stopped making them, which is odd, since WB knows there is a huge demand for this series on DVD along with FALCON CREST (which released through season 3 and stopped). I do hope that one day, FALCON CREST, KNOTS LANDING, and DALLAS receive complete Blu-ray box sets. Word is they were all remastered in 1080p a few years ago. DALLAS was supposed to get the Blu-ray box release first to coincide with the WB 100-year jubilee. But then, the new heads of the studio scrapped those plans. THE WEST WING Blu-ray box set comes out on October 1, 2024, though. I really enjoyed this video and hope you will do one for FALCON CREST, which is my all-time favorite of the primetime soaps. Jane Wyman was the best! As for the commercial breaks abruptly coming before the end of the segments, it is intentional. It is to keep people from pirating the series via a computer recorder.

This was my era of Days, I remember coming home after school and seeing this storyline for the first time. Watched it regular during the summer and recorded it during school to watch later. I loved Chloe and Philip and it broke my heart when they broke up. Team Phloe for life!

It is really weird how hard that family shafted him because of alcoholism. (But the 80s-90s was still very much a "tough love" era for it. ) He was caught drunk driving and blamed the alcoholism on his troubled childhood. A.J. was "SORASed" in 1991.
