Consider getting a KLIM Mistral Laptop Cooler. It‘s really loud but it cools your gpu and CPU down to 65°C, so they can run at their respective maximum clock settings. The only hard bottleneck would be your VRAM and the fact that nVidia never released new drivers for the Kepler chips after 2019.
