Did this on my Windows 10 laptop and initially got the black box. Deleted the whole line but for the '29'. This worked fine, but then a few days ago, all the icons suddenly became invisible, not just the arrows, including those everywhere in Explorer as well as the desktop, . Spent hours after internet searching on how to get them back and gave up. I then thought I'd go back into the registry and delete the '29' - an behold my icons came back! A good tip on removing those arrows, but beware...
