We looked into it in the Pensacola area and it's very expensive HOS COA everything OA's add up to unaffordable, your average medium income family or retiree can't afford it so the only people buying is the rich or someone who got lucky and sold their home during covid and made a fortune
There isn’t a Latitude Margaritaville 55 and better community in Pensacola. Do you mean the one in Panama City Beach called Latitude Margaritaville Watersound? It does depend on your financial portfolio at retirement and there are smaller homes at a lower budget. I work with many avg income families.

Thank you Heather for this video. We live at Treasure Island Resort next door but we have never been there. I think one reason is that this restaurant is not visible from the street but now they put some signs by the road so people can find . 👏🏻😎🏖

Yes, we agree this is a great restaurant for lunch or dinner at Alys Beach. It is perfectly located along long sidewalk which is great for a nice walk after the meal. Today is exactly 3 years since we moved to Panama City Beach for our retirement. We enjoy every single day in this beautiful area. How do you get from ECP to this area without a car? Is there a better options besides taxi?
We do have Uber/Lyft, however not as many as in a big city so you'll just wait for arrival. We are still pretty rural and land is spread out so the airport is about 20-30 min to 30A

If these homes are for sale, why are you not mentioning or even listjng the sales price, HOA fees, etc? How are we supposed to know what these houses cost without that info?

I don’t share listing price because it could change therefore, being accurate I leave it to the listing link provided below. This is a specific subdivision and many people know some of those details, so I try not to bog down the video with that since there is a link. I hope that helps

Hospital is going to be south of LMWS on hwy 79 at corner of 79 & Bay Parkway; however, the clinic opens summer 2024. The important thing to remember is that this is going to be a teaching hospital through partnership between FSU health & Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. I heard you guys have a lot of crime . Is that true?
I hear that as well, but I truly don't understand where the numbers come from except tourists maybe. I am a single mom who raised her family here and I live in the middle of tourist corridor.... I have no qualms about my safety. Locals don't understand where the data is coming from. We are a small coastal community and I feel safe for my young adult daughter to be out and about, even late night going to local restaurants and such.
