51:45 Inferno (First Sub-55) OSRS
Been getting into inferno speeds, still a lot to improve but this was a 4 min reduction on my previous PB so pretty happy with it.
If I clean a few things up I think I could get sub-50 with the same setup.
Jad skip would help too I was just too nervous to do it on this run.

Kephri - Melee Trap, First Swarm, and Second Ranger Trap

A pretty free strat to speed up Kephri. This was bit of a long kill compared to usual due to me explaining things, missing some swarms, and missing the bone dagger. There is an improved double ranger skip which I may make a video on in the future.

This fight was a little messy. Had a bit of trouble with this one with the rng factors thrown in, but got there in the end. Not sure what happened to the sound.

This is relatively free once you get used to common solves and have somewhat decent gear. Had some issues with the file (hence the audio cutting out at the end and the Bandicam watermark).

Bringing a defender with the Zamorakian hasta helped a lot
Very well made guide! I'm a bit confused though, cause I'm doing 540 solos too, usually get Kephri down to 30-45÷ hp after swarming, and the times I get are almost the same as I'd get without swarming. Did some calculations and if I'm right to assume that your dps vs Kephi is 1-2.5÷ of her hp then you only saved 25 seconds max by swarming. Feels like chins aren't really needed for monkey rooms since the changes, so is the 30ish seconds saved a good enough reason to bring chins over an extra super restore? I might've just calculated it very poorly, but I generally don't notice the time saved even with "perfect" swarms when Kephri's below 35÷ after swarming and killing the melee scarab. Maybe trapping both rangers is the play to save more time.
@tjo2754 Heya, that's very true that chins are no longer required for monkey room, apart from maybe one run here and there where you get a million thrall spawns due to rng (skill issue). I mostly made this guide for my clan mates that run invos more in the 400s, while still a decent strat for 540s it was maybe misleading to make this guide at 540 invo level I do also use the double ranger trap in my 540s I still bring chins as I don't really have issue with restores if I bring them and you can even get a few chins off on kephri's southwest tile for some (albeit minor) extra damage after a dung. I've not run an awful lot of toa recently but may make another video on 540s double ranger trap, as outside of full run vods there aren't really any videos explaining the method that I could find. do you have to kill the melee always?
The melee scarab heals kephri proportional to its health, i.e., at full it heals kephri more than at say 50% health. You could hit it a couple times to reduce its hp to a point where you could reasonably out dps its healing, but I find it easier just to kill it entirely.
@@Goitssi just use now a different method that works bc this was annoying bc i dont have shadow so im not hitting at the trapped melee
@nimeton5984 yes there are a few different methods to use this is just a nice middle ground but I agree shadow helps a lot for killing trapped melee. Maybe I'll make a video of no melee trap I currently use in my 540 solos

whats that plugin called to ping tiles?
It's the partyhub plugin, where you can join a party with other players and ping tiles, see their gear/inventory etc. Very useful for group raiding
