Bob Hate
Добавлен 12 ноя 2006
Bob was a songwriter / bandleader in the American southwest. This is a collection of videos from Bob’s career with a variety of solo and band recordings (including many demos) from 1980s to the 2020s. It's a fucking mess, is what it is.

Throughout the 1990s I played in a variety of bad bar bands in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Kansas City! was one of my favorites. I got to share the stages of many many sports bars and clubs with Kate Kirby on vocals and Buck Rudo on bass. We had a revolving group of drummers and other sidemen, and many years later I look back at all the long hours and poor pay and think fondly of it.

Written in 1983, this was re-recorded in the 2010s and then finally finished with this decidedly mediocre mix in 2024.
Got Lost • Bob Hate

A much revisited demo for the Eddy Band that I never quite got right, though Pete, Buck, and Stephen did great work for me back in the early 2010s.

This is a modern mix of a song originally written in 1983 and recorded fresh in this century.

Just like so many other songs of yours, I love this one.
many thanks.
@@TheBobHate Many more to you, seriously.
Grande Bob!!!!!!!🤟
Merci, mon ami.
I remember listening to this in 2023.
I remember reading your comment in 2023, LATE 2023. The tune was written with my pal Chet in 90, maybe? The recording comes from 2014 when I was archiving a bunch of very old tunes that I could vaguely remember but that I didn't have decent demos of. The dancer is a pal from South Africa who is a great writer, and who since has gotten married and had a child. I did a few projects like this with her. Hi Lauren!
It is a sort of art. The video more than the song.
CHAMPION
One of the smoothest voices in rock. Thanks, Bob.
Really appreciate it, bud.
I think Lou would have considered this a worthy effort.
Great version.
Thanks very much.

No idea how my algorithm brought me here.... so glad it did.
