These X-Men reviews have been, good edgar I bought ultimate xmen the new version I can't wait to binge xmen evolution whenever I get a chance. The villains, in these original xmen comics are crazy wow they have some good villains.

George Perez was my idol growing up. I have that original comic safely packed away. I had to retire my comics because the damage from reading them was to great.

I'm so happy, that iron man and the white queen are together but i hope we get an alternate universe or a cartoon where they are married and have kids together.

edgar could you remove the music or turn it down because I can't really hear you as you are talking about the comic book.

Well there were house of m tie ins that explored other heroes

Yeah this issue was meh at best

While I do agree this book was enjoyable, I feel like it was a bit derivative on the original show, but overall it was still quite enjoyable and I liked where the book led in its final acts and the ending made me want to see what happens next, I quite like the idea of Black Arachnia leading the Predacons as Beast Megatron is presumed dead. I also share your frustrations on the KIngdom show, I feel like while it was ok it definitely did not do the Beast Wars cast any justice and they weren't really fleshed out, but rather their characters served to keep the plot going rather than being compelling characters on their own. I also share your frustration on how we keep having to retread the same G1 premise, even though the Skybound books are incredibly good, I hope they quickly move on from the G1-esque plotlines and do their own thing, which it seems like thats what they'll be doing soon. If you want something that isn't G1 I highly recommend More than Meets the Eye by James Roberts if you havent already read it, its incredible, the writing is incredible and well thought out, the characters and captivating and interesting, and the art by Alex Milne is incredible, its set after the Cybertronian war so its not really confined to the basic G1 plot, but I would also read Last Stand of the Wreckers before More than Meets the Eye as its a bit of a prequel, not necessarily needed but it helps flesh out one of the major villans of More than Meets the Eye, and is quite good in its own right.
