Mate, i did tried 18v (2 x 2ah dewalt) 4ah batts(linear) and I could see a little improvement in terms of the torque and speed. Then I thought I'll chain them up to gain 36 volts and it blew the capacitor. Anything You could suggest please to get the thing flying?

I used the motors out of a jeep super gaucho In my kids Ferrari. They are huge and run 60volts fine. It drifts even when I ride it.

Stupid father. Son need helmet. BTW: motors will burn out with 36V soon. You need to upgrade electric circuits.

Take it you upgraded the fuses and motor according to voltage. I've seen a power wheels catch fire due to a battery over working the motor and up it whent.

Love this video well done my Grandson has a similar car and the battery needs an upgrade as it barely goes on the flat now - is it a big job??
