The shooting range I go to, is marked out in yards. I have the same rifle as you and manage to get good groups at 25 and 30 yards, shooting at 2 inch targets. As you know, there are many factors, that govern the accuracy of any rifle over long distance. I would try putting your rifle on a zeroing mount. That will cut out human error, when it comes to checking for accuracy. If there is still a problem, check your sites are fixed and secure, as the recoil can shake them loose on the mounts, and maybe try another pellet type. I use Accupell and H&N field target trophy pellets. They seem to give the most consistent results. Also managing the recoil on a Springer, is an important skill to learn. Don’t hold the rifle too tight and allow the recoil to go straight into your shoulder. Shooting PCPs is a piece of cake, compared to shooting a Springer rifle. But that is its charm. I know the HW97KT, is a supremely accurate rifle and better than my ability to shoot it. But it is very rewarding, when you get it right. Very best wishes from the UK. 😊

Hi! If you want to show us an accuracy tests you have to learn first how a springer air rifle works. A unstable chair on an other chair and not using a sand bag and the artillery hold makes your test totally useless. I,m aim able to shoot hole in hole on 10 meters with any HW. Your 25 meter groups are just bad. Do not "test" on accuracy if you don't know how to handle a springer air rifle. Start with your self to be a good shooter first mate!

Upgraded VSR-10s the best reccomended BB after upgrading and that all the VSR-10 expereinced snipers use .48 Gram BB's after upgrades. Kicking Mustang, Silly Ghillie and many other VSR-10 snipers say .48BB is the best. You need to do some upgrades though to help carry the heavier sniper ammo with power.

We are going with the pro for my son because you can get into the pro for less money starting off and then you can start using it and just upgrade it as he gets more money over time to put in with it. So it's the main reason we are starting off wiht the TM Pro vsr10

Good test of a great rifle. Fifty metres a bridge too far, really, but the gun wasn’t intended for anything above thirty metres and certainly not for pest control at such a distance. Still, impressive video and really nice club range.

I use an old pair of socks in my metal funnel pellet trap. Works a treat.

I think you need to find a better pellet, because most of those groups are really bad. That rifle should shoot as well as most pcps

Gamo I get 80 if warm if cold I get 70 on co2s even with snow out.

I get 120 in cold weather an in warm I get 120

with such a low power output you will notice a huge difference if you weigh your pellets and sort them accordingly.

Will EVA foam work stopping pellet or will it deflect it ?

I love your HW97k in synthetic, im gonna buy the exact one. Maybe you should try different weight pellets for the 25 and 50 yard shots. Good video my friend.

I used he AA Express pellets in a competition and although they are fast can get blown around out at 40 yards. So will look at experimenting with 8.44 grain in my HW98

The stool you used for 10 and 25 meters has hard surface enough to spoil accuracy I think,I prefer the mini pillow you used for 50 meters.
