Companion Animals New Zealand
Добавлен 20 окт 2020
Companion Animals New Zealand is aiming to create a nation that values, respects and responsibly cares for companion animals.
Are pets happy? Are they in a suitable environment, getting the right nutrition and getting appropriate exercise? Can they demonstrate their natural behaviours when they want to? Are they getting positive mental experiences?
Instead of an 'okay' life, or an adequate life, we want pets to have A Good Life.

Oho I'm Pakistani
don't stare at a cat unless you make sleepy eyes and blink slowly now and then, which is cat body-language for non aggression. Showing your teeth is a sign of aggression , use closed lip smiles only, although they may get used to your teeth after a while😺
What is an ‘asser’ brush?
What about cats that are scared of visitors?
Where is the last webinar Mat is talking about please?
Hi there! So sorry that you were unable to attend the webinar and missed the chance to view it on our youtube channel. The additional two week window for viewing the webinar was provided by our accredited trainers/behaviourists and so we are not able to extend that period. We will be running future webinars to explore the world through our pets’ eyes, so we hope you will be able to join us for those :)
Was going to share, but due to blurry print won't be. What I do read looks great, thank you.
Thank you for sharing this. I thought I was well-informed of signs of pain in dogs, but I learned so much more!
A brilliant presentation, very clear and loads of helpful tips. Thank you!
What a great presentation, the possibly reasons for different behaviours explained so clearly. Practical, simple ideas and techniques. Thank you.
A great webinar thanks Mat. I'd love to see the videos you mentioned 🙂

If there is one suggestion I could make it would be to raise the maximum size allowance for pet identification pictures from 2mb or make the downsize automatic. Most smartphones capture an image on average from 4mb to 5mb roughly. Make it easy 👍 Cheers 😊🐈
