A rough video on how to make Tibetan style thukpa, a thick noodle soup traditionally eaten as the evening meal. Instead of meat, not many veggies and white flour noodles, here is a vegan recipe (though I show an egg option) with lots of vegetables and wholewheat noodles. Enjoy! I've cooked this recipe for Tibetan friends/lamas who claim they've enjoyed it!

Blessing tibetan refugee monks are good but most tibetan cultural monks are still nonveg, alcoholic,married and living luxury life. This kind of bad buddhism was made by their kings in lhasa tibet state of China. Monk should be pureveg and live in simple life. This comment is from the land of buddha Nepal.

Shaking/dancing helps to literally shake off stress and tension. Our mental and emotional stress affects and lands in our muscles and other tissues in the body. Shaking helps the stress not to get stuck, and tension that is already stuck, it helps get unstuck.
