I made a plow by all scrap and used steel, and blade is from a propane tank wall 3/16", and it is an high rise plow vs most store sold ones. It can rise about 21" for snow piles. It is also pivot 25 degree on both sides. It is work so well, one hour manual job, done in 5 min.....

While trying to take the head off, the head bolts broke one after another, totally 9 out of 14 bolts, yet I took another Yamaha 70hp of same age head bolts off, none broken. This is truly the nightmare for marine manchanics....

One the Yamaha 90 hp leg bolts broke at 1/4" deep in the hole, I plan to use a weld on socket to remove it. The trick is insulate the flex core wire from touch but reach bolt. Instead, I tack a welding bead from the broken bolt till it is able to use a plyer to grip on it, success!

Finally l am able to make this copier cart to good use. Now all three welders will be on cart with supplies beneath. This center would allow me to chose Arc, Tig, and Mig on the same cart so plugging and air are easier connect.
