I bought this bike on Amazon. I paid over $2400. I just had it delivered this past Thursday on 10-17-24. When I got it together it looked so good. I was totally excited. I expected it to be a good addition to my 5 other bikes. I was wrong!! The front hub motor didnt work. It just hummed and didnt spin. The rear hub motor was weak. I dont even know if it was working right because it was so weak. I couldnt get past 22mph on a flat surface. I am 6ft and 215lb. My other bikes with 1000 watt motors have no issues hitting over 30 mph with just the rear motor. So my question is, does the front motor play that big of a role or is there something also wrong with the rear hub motor?? I dunno....... And yes I changed all of the settings to make it go fast. Lifting up the rear end I get 44mph. Riding it I get 22mph. Wack!!! I contacted Eahora through Amazon on 10-17-24 and I have not heard a peep from them. Now Im nervous. Im calling my bank on Monday to dispute the charge due to being sold a defective product. Buyer beware!!!!!
