I’m 5.10 and size 18 - 20. I used to be a size 10 years ago but don’t want that now. I’ll be happy at a size 14-16 for my height. Yes, it is expensive. Food prices have gone up so much. I was mortified as was so strict last week and gained 4 lbs. It’s really disheartening and I think it can have such an effect on your overall mental health and you land up giving up. Wow, your step count is brilliant. My fitness watch has broke so I can’t track mine at the minute. Thanks so much for sharing. I think sometimes it’s so tricky ❤xxxxxx

I know you shopped in Aldi, but even so there must have been some very expensive items to increase your expenditure so much. Well done on your loss.

I find eating any kind of very healthy diet costs a lot money. I don't follow any specific plan but I eat very high protein. This keeps me at my ideal weight. I'd rather spend the money on my health and cut back on every other area in my life like clothes, holidays etc. I too suffer with reflux and other things when I don't eat well. Best of luck with your decision xx

It's like 3 quid. all the speed food with yr main meals. Sounds like yr counting calories? I'm only 5 foot 2 so my daily need are like 1400. Men can eat 1900 and lose.wieght. Not fair huh?!
