Its a rpi4! Had to inject image since I said android instead of rpi (wishful thinking..) u need a usb sound card to rpi, the built in is too crappy )

I wanted to ask if you contacted Rey the creator of Caustic? Or are you trying to reprogram the caustic all by yourself? It would be a huge thing if it could be resurrected, because I still use Caustic for songwriting, because it's simply brilliant. I wrote hundreds of songs with it, and if it was no longer available, a lot would be lost. But I think others feel the same way, which is why we are happy with your work.

I just discovered your channel and this project. I'm going through your videos in chronological order. Its so FANTASTIC that you're doing this man! Caustic was one of the greatest musical tools I've ever used. I made some of the best music of my life with it. Its loss was so heartbreaking. I will ABSOLUTELY be supporting this project once I get up to speed and know where to send my money. 😁 You've made an unknown music lover (and sometimes maker) extremely happy. Please please please keep it up and give us back this fabulous musical tool!

I know it will take some time until u get to the UI part.. but I do have some questions. Are you going to uphold to the flow of the original app? I have no doubts your engine will be surpassing the og app,and modules might advance ... But i spend most of my time in vco module (modular?,), so my biggest fear is whether or not this one particular will be preserved. And also the UI workflow.. as I'm using caustic 3 on 11 inch tablet... Which is the reason why I fell in love with the app in the first place. Anyway,seems like u are having a lot of fun with the engine,best of luck on your voyage

Please allow me to introduce myself. I'm "that guy". You know the one, the class clown, the kid messing about all the way through the lesson, only to realise that it's going to be in the exam and saying "Miss, i don't get it, can you go through it again". I'm also that guy. The one that owns 3 laptops but none of them work (although technically the one with Windows XP on it, works but overheats after about 15 mins). So i hope you dont mind if i ask.... Is this going to be gettable on Android? Or do i need to do all the technical bafflement contained in the video? Is it just a case of being patient for a bit longer? Or do i need to enrol at the University of Computerhood? Before you all pour scorn upon me and send me away in shame, I should mention that i have considerable Advanced Dungeons & Dragons experience and am the best DM out of me and my friends and their friends. There. I knew that'd get my foot in the door.
