It's a myth. You can't kill the molecules solely by rubbing on it. You might disperse the liquid and therefore it might have a slight impact on the longevity on that spot because it's not concentrated on a little area. Also - If you do a spray at both wrist instead of doing one and then rubbing half of that liquid onto the other wrist it's also only half the amount. But it's impossible to break or ruin the molecules by rubbing the wrist together 😄 Go ahead and rub it if you feel like it or if you like me sometimes only wants "half a spray at both wrist" 👍

Probably! Mr Seasons nostradamus has evolved since this review, I need to do re-reviews. I still don’t get all the hype over this fragrance as it’s like a stench bomb, too pungent.

Fair points, it’s not our finest property for sure, but we do always provide tenants with safe and clean houses, damp free. The house is currently being fully repainted and new carpets will be going down soon before it is rented out again. I see your point with the kitchen but that stinking big wall with all the utilities on the other side hinders any quick fix! Yes, the toilet is a strange one as it’s not a regular rectangle, it cuts in, so the positioning of the soil pipe and the angled wall don’t help.

No, it’s mid performance, which is disappointing for such a great scent. You can still get about 5-6 hours out of it at best without a top up, and it is unctuous up the nostradamus!

I have a fragrance addiction. Some were gifted, many were blind purchases on deals and others were actually thought out purchases! I just love scents 🤷‍♂️

That’s the goal man congrats 😂 30$ well spent. This girl at my job started sniffing me saying wow you smell good and she stayed around my orbit the whole shift.

Mr Seasons is starting to want to this fragrance. It’s been a slow burner, but I can definitely see this getting more wear over the winter 😊

Thanks for the comment, it wasn’t exactly a professional video but hopefully conveyed my thought processes as a Landlord. They’d lived at the property for a couple of years, but it’s also worth adding that we changed the kitchen and hallway vinyl at their request only 2 months before they decided to leave at a cost of £300!

Thank you for the comment. It’s certainly not a great carpet by any stretch of the imagination. We struck a balance between style, durability and practicality! We didn’t (and still don’t) know if the house will be sold or rented as it’s on the market for sale, but timing hasn’t worked in our favour as the market has quietened. We are going for a premium price and have decided to hold tight until the new year. If it still hasn’t sold by mid January, once the market has hopefully picked up, we will put it back up for rent 🤷‍♂️. If indeed it does end up being rented, the carpet is ideal for this scenario, so I guess time will tell!

I don’t think I’ve had it long enough to macerate but that’s a good point! I’ll have to try giving it another test drive to see if there’s been any improvement. - I’ve had mine for about 2 months, which isn’t long really!

@ Actually that’s a great point! Mr Seasons needs to do some re-reviews and reports on projection and longevity now that I’ve experienced my fragrances. I can report that the dry down is a tad ‘foggy’ and synthetic!

Mr Seasons really appreciates the positive vibes from another fragrance enthusiast, it really means a lot! I don’t understand the hate that Gucci Guilty Absolute gets, it’s such an underrated fragrance! Don’t be too hasty and make sure to keep some of your collection for rainy days 😉 … Thanks for the comment and take care!

There’s no denying that the higher quality fragrances, the niche’s, have far superior ingredients and a better gourmand experience. I don’t own any gourmand clones, but the cheapest gourmand-ish I have is boss bottled absolu…. boozy and unctuous to me!

Just think it’s a tad powdery and weirdly unique for such a punchy price tag. I will get round to trying it out, probably next summer, and maybe opinion will change but for now Mr Seasons won’t be re-buying and couldn’t recommend it. Things do change in this game though 🤷‍♂️

We used agents and found tenants straight away. They did all the initial screening and we met the tenants to ensure a good fit for the house before agreeing terms. As they are a retired couple they were also happy to pay 12 months upfront 😃. The agent took around £700 for tenant find service.
