No races planned for me at the moment as I'm still recovering from a hip injury. I'm new to triathlon and would like to do my first next spring. But not on high school football nights. The three cities are very competitive. You nailed it about Anthony's. Overpriced too. I've had chances to move, but it's a great place to live. We have been one of the fastest growing areas in the country for years now. People are finding out it's a nice place to live. Im so happy that it was a good experience for you and your husband. Leg cramps for me usually happen on the run! I'm not kicking enough to get them on the swim... If so I know I'm under hydrated

Are you running tubeless? What pressure are you running on your tires?

How do you avoid leg cramps during long 2 miles swims?

How do you know where to go for 5 hours on the bike? Like which roads and what if you need to pee? Is your iron man 100 mile bike? I think my little tri is 9 :)
