Hello, I have a very annoying problem with the sound :( The problem is just like you can hear at 2:13 - 2:35, It's so loud like ear deafening! No matter what i tried to do - using the monitor's internal ac power supply / external 12V supply / replacing cables / changing every setting that exist in the software / moving the monitor and doorbell 10+ meters away from each other / playing with the volume dials both in the doorbell and in the monitor - Still this sound doesnt go away... This happens whenever the audio communication line is open (pressing the doorbell ring button, talk button, etc..), It seems like a static electricity interference issue because it is affected by getting close to or touching the monitor and the doorbell.. I noticed that in the videos of almost all manufacturers (in AliExpress and elsewhere) that sell these Tuya wifi intercom doorbells they all have this high pitch noise! So obviously it's not that i have a faulty unit... I don't understand it, how can you use such a device with such a flaw??? Obviously you can't It's just useless and It's almost ironic, The whole purpose of this device is to communicate with sound... Anyway, sorry for the long post, but maybe you know what is the problem here and why does it happen, and how to fix it? Thank you very much in advance!

prices vary depending on the make and model and where u buy them from. Amazon ring is the cheapest but rubbish. that needs a smart phone and app for it to work and has to be within range of ur home wifi network to use it. connecting them up is diff on each model. some have the connectors already fitted to the cables but the cable might be to short so have to buy RVV4 cable to extend it. but that might cause probs. with mine the connectors that came with the extension cable didnt fit the monitor or the door button so had to cut off the cables and connect them to the original cable to get the length needed. all worked fine just using the original cable testing it indoors. but after i put on the extension cable and fitted the monitor and door button got sound but no video. some have the abilty to unock the door by pushing a button but u might have to buy that bit seperate depending on the system u buy. some come with 1 monitor some come with more depending on how much u want to pay. Also noticed the colours of the cables dont always match up with the wiring diagram. like for mine the door bell unit the colours r red, black, blue and yellow. but at the monitor end its red, black, green, yellow and blue lol. think the 5th wire is to connect up other monitors if used. but the cables that came with it dont match up either as they have the blue wire for audio but the connetors use a green wire for audio. think diff factories made diff parts and didnt match up the wire colours lol. the RVV4 extension cable is red, black, yellow and white. u will need RVV5 cable to connect up other monitors as slave monitors again depending on the system u get as each company has diff connector types and sizes. havnt a clue what make and model mine is as nothing in the user manual on the box on any of the parts or the site i bought it from with maker or model info on. Part of the problem is in China they might have lots of diff brand names but most use the same parts and made in the same factory but with slightly diff specs and prices. But far better quality u can get from the USA and Germany. Same with TV's most r made in Turkey in 1 factory all using the same parts but diff cases to fit them into and diff software to make them look diff from the rest. IE Samsung, LG, Panasonic and sony all made by the same company in Turkey using the same parts.
