敦煌舞蹈，由舞蹈艺术家高金荣老师创建，其舞蹈创作是以历史悠久的敦煌壁画中的形象为原始素材，经过了各界人士及专家的挖掘整理，而独创出的一种新颖的舞蹈表演形式。 敦煌舞蹈秉承中国传统美学原则，同时吸收借鉴西域各民族舞姿，运用古典舞蹈的节奏韵律，形成较完整的舞蹈运动和造型体系，典型形态为扭腰、移夸、勾脚的S型三道弯式，以及手臂的多棱多角多弯。 人们所熟知的《飞天》《千手观音》就是典型的代表作品。白居易的名诗《胡璇女》便是在描述敦煌舞的华美，弦鼓一声双嗅句、回雪飘摇转蓬舞，左旋右转不知疲…. 敦煌舞祥和端庄古朴醇厚风格独特、它既是对传统文化的继承和弘扬，又是当代的新创造[爱心]

Dance is the best form of healing! Due to the lockdown that started from the first week of 2022, our dance classes have now all been switched to online. Today, we have ended our first week of online classes, it is lovely to see all our students enjoying their time spent on dancing.
