If you put slits then it will let water in…. To keep out dew etc its not meant to dunk…. I have other stuff for that.

A zone 2 training typically would be “low aeroob” training. Low(er) heartrate for a longer time. (that is zone 2 vs zone 4 training).

I have tried the Puma Velocity Nitro 2 and the Adidas Adizero SL for a change lfrom the Nike Pegasus, but those two shoes did not work well for my liking. The SL is easily the fastest while the Velocity 2 is the softest and the less heavy. Both have a bad lockdown ... I'm waiting to receive my Pegasus 40 :)

I prefer the 39's. I don't like the color options for the 40's. The speckled off-white foam looks dirty or old.

I prefer the 965 because of the better battery life versus the 265. I worry it’s too large of a watch and won’t be comfortable to sleep in and wear all the time. What has been the user experience regarding comfort for the 965?
