I am trying to help my elderly uncle who was sold this device. His WiFi password was changed and now couldn’t use. I I can’t read Chinese but after googling, this is the best video to help me try to change the password in his Tmall genie. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the user manual. lol.... you are so cute!! Well....to be honest... I bought this to practice my mandarin... start by asking her to play you some songs...They have a pretty good database of songs.
@@coolshadow23 update: i had to learn some lines in mandarin 😂 i can now ask it to play, pause, skip to next songs and to adjust the volumes HAHA talk about adjustment 😂❤ but the sound quality is 👌
Hello! I tried connecting to tm so many times but it’s unsuccessful though I keyed in correct wifi password and using 4G wifi
what was the error? Hotspot should be able to work as i was using the same. Try to change the hotspot password instead and try.... keep it simple.

yup... coz im not sure your 4G wifi using what type of router. coz it doesnt work with 5G.

Hi...you can connect to your bluetooth by telling Tmall to connect bluetooth. Tian mao jing ling.... lian jie lan ya.... something like that. If you have the R version then the bluetooth will appear (on your phone) as 方糖R (some code)...connect that. :)

Gintoki Revan hi. Sorry. Just noticed your message. I can’t see it in app... well I don’t really know chinese but can ask her to disable it by trying to say 天猫精灵请你关闭闹钟 or 天猫精灵请你关闭闹钟设置 ? Hope this helps. If not I can try to sit beside someone who knows chinese and look into the app for that function.

mkleng technically you can. It’s not difficult. As long as you have mobile capabilities to create account and a WiFi.... you should be fine 😊
