Hi Doctor, I am 22 y/o got my lateral malleolus broke 7 months back. It was fixated with screws and a titanium plate. The diastasis (syndesmotic) screw was used to stabilize the fibula with the tibia. I do strength training lifting heavy weights on my body. I want to get rid of the prosthetics immediately because I am afraid my training would break the screws especially the bigger one (syndesmotic screw) please advise. Thank you.
