Hi there, I'm really appreciative of the work you've done on this! You've got a great ear for pitch. I'm working with your sheet music and the recording that's on the SharpTone Records channel, labeled the Official Audio Recording. I'm curious what's going on with the second verse and bridge into the second chorus. In the recording, m. 47 is extended by 2 beats, so your notation is off by 2 beats until the end of the bridge. You'd need to write m. 47 as a bar of 18/8, with 6 triple beats, then going back to 12/8. Or you could write it as adding an extra 2 beats in their own measure, so 12/8, 6/8, 12/8. The issue becomes extra obvious at the final couple measures of the bridge, m. 56-58. In the recording, the piano is only silent for 1 beat in the final bar of the bridge, on beat 3, before the second chorus. You've got it silent for 3 beats, which shows those extra 2 beats your meter doesn't account for. Have you looked at that more? I think that whole section might need to be revised.
