Keep the burette lower and keep the conical on the base. Make the speed of burette very slow so that the drops are added very slowly. It will take time but being slow your result will come perfect without any shaking.

No..you can't use. First of all halobenzenes are highly reluctant towards nucleophilic substitution. And even if you get phenol, you will not get benzoic acid in this way. You are changing number of carbon atoms but oxidation does not change number of carbon atoms.

Everything will happen good...all the best..keep your mind calm and make sure that half an hour is left for proper revision. You can rectify small mistakes like units, biproducts etc by proper revision and that can gain you 4-5 marks.
